The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is enough space to put up a children's travel bed.

A kitchen unit is integrated into the living room, which includes a hotplate with 2 hobs. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are available. Coffee maker and toaster belong to the equipment as well as a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment and a table with 4 chairs.

In the actual living area there is the sofa bed (extended: 160x200cm), a shelf with books and games and a flat screen TV with USB connection. From here you can also reach the balcony described below.

input range and bath

The wide entrance to the apartment makes it easy to take off coats and shoes. It offers separate access to the living room, bedroom and shower room (hairdryer available).

If you need a washing machine, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement; more information on this upon request during key handover.

Balcony

From the balcony you can see a lot of greenery. Here you can have breakfast on sunny days (thanks to the balcony table and two chairs), in the afternoon you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street after a longer sightseeing tour. In the evening the beautiful light invites you to have a glass of wine.

Neighbourhood

The apartment Anna is located near Boxhagener Platz, the new centre of Berlin. Friedrichshain was the city centre of the former GDR and has been developing into a new magnet for the city for several years. On Saturdays you can shop at the weekly market, on Sundays you can rummage at the flea market. Thanks to the excellent transport connections you can quickly reach almost all important places in Berlin - Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes, Museum Island in 20 minutes... Görlitzer Park, Landwehrkanal, Badeschiff, Bergmannstrasse in Kreuzberg, Kastanienallee in Prenzlauer Berg.
